For the Love of Planning

At Glamorous Events and Décor, our passion is to focus on our couples, helping them plan and design their dream wedding. We understand it can be an exciting time, but also a little overwhelming. We are here to help. Our confident style of planning reassures our couples they are getting the best advice. We want them to enjoy their special day and all the fun that goes into planning a wedding.

Laura Zitouni is the owner of Glamorous Events and Décor. She has over 20 years of experience in the event planning industry. Laura is the former owner of Melrose Catering (Brea, CA) where she planned and coordinated weddings and special events, designed event layouts and décor, coordinated rentals, customized menus, as well as hired and managed staff.

Laura was born in Los Angeles, California. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of La Verne (La Verne, CA) as well as studied abroad in Greece. She traveled throughout Europe and North Africa including, France, Greece, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey and Egypt. She loves spending quality time with her family, friends and three dogs, and loves cooking, live concerts, watching sports and wine tasting.

Her good sense of humor always seems to calm stressful moments. Couple’s love how she makes them feel comfortable and at ease.

At the end of the night, success is knowing our couple got exactly what was promised to them at their first consultation, the wedding of their dreams.

Laura has some other passions aside from wedding planning. She supports many great causes. These are just a few dear to her heart.
